By downloading or using OnBetIn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

1. What OnBetIn is

OnBetIn is an informational and entertainment application. We analyse sports fixtures and publish predictions that represent our opinion about the likely outcome of those matches. Nothing in the app is advice, and no prediction is a guarantee.

2. What OnBetIn is not

This is not a betting application. It is not connected to any bookmaker or gambling operator. You cannot place a bet, deposit money, or win money in this app. We do not accept wagers, we do not process gambling transactions, and we do not encourage or support betting or gambling.

3. Age restriction

OnBetIn is for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed for children and must not be used by anyone under 18.

4. Your responsibility

You are entirely responsible for your own decisions and actions, including any decision you make after reading a prediction in the app. You are responsible for knowing and obeying the laws that apply where you live. Betting is illegal or restricted in some countries and regions — it is your responsibility to check.

We accept no liability for any loss, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of the information in this app. Act responsibly, and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Subscriptions

• Some sections of the app are free. VIP sections and Power Pack bundles require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are sold and processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, according to their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Google Play or Apple account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
• A subscription buys access to predictions for a period of time. It does not buy a result, and we do not offer refunds on the basis that a prediction was wrong. Refunds are otherwise handled under the rules of the store you bought through.
• Prices may change. Any change will apply from your next renewal, and stores will notify you where they are required to.

6. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep predictions, fixtures, odds and results accurate, but we do not warrant that any content is correct, complete or current. Odds and fixtures come from third-party sources and can change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute or publish content from the app, not to attempt to access paid content without paying, and not to interfere with the app's operation or security.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its content, design and branding belong to OnBetIn and are protected by law. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the app, and nothing more.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app collects and how it is handled. It forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
